Shipping and postage

We ship all over the world using New Zealand Postal & Courier services with a track & trace location number, and insurance for your purchase.

Postage costs are assessed per item, depending on location of the customer, the weight of item, & the type of postal service that is used – Example – Economy Post, Over night Courier, Air Freight Courier Door to Door delivery etc.

Paying for your sculpture

We will email the purchaser with the full Sale price of the item, combined with the Postage fees once the order is placed. You will also then receive our Bank details to make your payment directly into our account.

International sales

We have a Swift Code bank Number that allows our International Customers to safely transfer any funds into our Sculpted Metals account by using your own bank, this is very secure & details will be forwarded for this type of payment for Purchases made outside of New Zealand

International GST charges

Please note that some countries have a GST charge which is added by customs on arrival of your item. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Returns

All Nathan Whitehead creations are unique and each sale is final.

Sculpted Metals goal is to provide a high quality product, we therefore are wanting to assist our valued customers with any queries or concerns regarding our fine art products.

For defective goods which the buyer is entitled to reject.

Sculpted Metals Ltd liability is limited to either ( at the sellers discretion ) repairing or replacing the goods, or refunding the price provided that.

Sculpted Metals Ltd is given a reasonable opportunity to investigate the buyers claim.

Sculpted Metals Ltd will not be liable for goods which have not been stored or used in a proper manner.

Sculpted Metals Ltd will not be liable to pay the buyer any amount more than the amount ( if any ) the seller received from the buyer for the defective goods.
